When I rolled into Prince George in September of 1992, my four-door Saturn looked a bit like a travelling circus — a canoe strapped to the roof, five trumpets in the back seat, and a tuxedo tucked somewhere in between. I had just made the move from Ontario, originally hailing from Moncton, New Brunswick, and though I’ve called Northern BC home for decades, I’ll always be a maritimer at heart.
Music has been at the center of my life from early on. I’ve been a member of the Prince George Symphony Orchestra (PGSO) since 1992, serving over the years both as Principal and Acting Principal trumpet (happy to explain the difference, just ask) — with a few sabbaticals along the way. I’m also one of the directors of the Big ENUFF Big Band, where the joy of collaboration and community keeps me inspired.
In 2025, I embarked on a new challenge: becoming a Realtor. The career appealed to me for the same reasons music always has — it’s about connection, expression, and advocacy. Whether helping clients buy or sell, my goal is to listen intently, communicate clearly, and represent each person’s interests with integrity and care.
No matter where life’s tempo takes me — from the concert stage to the closing table — I’m grateful to call Prince George my home, and to continue building relationships that strike the right chord.
